Charlotte Simmons

Dr. Charlotte K. Simmons currently serves as the Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs at the University of Central Oklahoma (UCO). Prior to assuming this role, she previously served as Associate Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dean of the College of Mathematics and Science, and Chair of the Department of Mathematics and Statistics, all at the same university. Dr. Simmons is a strong supporter of undergraduate research and has served as the Principal Investigator/Program Coordinator for several National Science Foundation grants supporting students from disadvantaged backgrounds. She currently serves as a Council for Undergraduate Research (CUR) Executive Board member.
